📖 How to Use

  1. Setting up Fees: Define tuition, transport, or library fees in Fee Masters, mapped by class levels.
  2. Receiving Payments: In Collection Desk, search a student, review pending invoices, collect payments, and print the receipt.
  3. Double-Entry Vouchers: Go to Vouchers -> Create Voucher to post receipts, payments, journals, or contra accounts. Balanced debits/credits are validated automatically.
  4. General Ledger: Review live balances in Dues & Ledgers or check daily records inside the Day Book.
  5. Tax & Statements: Review financial statements like Trial Balance or Income & Exp during audit cycles.
