- Admissions Term: Registering new borders and assigning them rooms.
- Vacation Periods: Vacating rooms and planning maintenance shutdowns.
📖 How to Use
- Structuring Rooms: Go to the hostel block view and set up buildings, room numbers, room sharing limits (single/double/dorm), and amenities (AC/Non-AC).
- Assigning Beds: Under Room Allocation, select a student, search for vacant rooms, assign a bed, and set check-in dates.
- Rent Billing: Assign monthly room fees, which are compiled and posted directly to student billing ledgers automatically.
- Vacating Beds: Click Vacate on any active occupant's card to process check-outs and update bed status to vacant.
