- Daily Library Hours: Issuing books to students or staff and processing returned books.
- Inventory Verification: Reviewing lost books, updating stock, or importing new collections.
📖 How to Use
- Cataloging Books: Add single book details, volumes, copies, and rack locations inside the Book Inventory Directory.
- Issuing Books: Go to Issue/Return Desk, search the student or staff member by name/ID, type the book name, select the return due date, and hit Issue.
- Processing Returns: In Issue/Return Desk, select the borrower's profile, click Return on their active issues list, and record condition states.
- Fines Collection: Fines are automatically calculated upon late returns based on your configuration parameters and forwarded to the Finance ledger.
