  • Audit-ready Purchase Ledger: Records purchase dates, costs, serial numbers, and vendor details in one log.

📖 How to Use

  1. Cataloging Assets: Enter physical assets, serial numbers, warranty dates, and purchasing costs in the Asset Register.
  2. Allocating Equipment: Open any asset file, select an employee from the HR directory, and set assignment dates.
  3. Tracking Consumables: Log quantities of classroom supplies (markers, paper) inside the Consumables Stock Registry and review stock warnings.
  4. Recording Purchases: Enter vendor names, invoices, costs, and purchase dates in the Purchase Logs list.
