AI Agent Framework

The AI Agent Framework is a background event listener system that runs four native AI agents: Intake Copilot, Cash Flow Predictor, Proxy Optimizer, and Institutional Analyst. These agents listen to key events and surface business intelligence across the ERP.

📖 How to Use

1. Intake Copilot (Admissions)

When a new inquiry is submitted:

  1. Intake Copilot analyzes the message content.
  2. It sets a priority score (1-100) and draft response.
  3. Admissions staff see the score and can click to use the pre-generated draft reply.

2. Cash Flow Predictor (Finance)

Under Finance -> AI Forecast:

  1. The predictor parses historical collections and current outstanding dues.
  2. It displays next month's forecast and default risk percentage.
  3. Generates a copy-pasteable parent nudge template.

3. Proxy Optimizer (HR / Timetable)

When approving a teacher's leave under HR -> Leaves:

  1. Approving a leave triggers the optimizer.
  2. It searches for free teachers matching the subject.
  3. Recommends the optimal proxy teacher inside the approval notice.

4. Institutional Analyst (Dashboard)

Under the Command Center dashboard:

  1. Click the Ask Analyst console.
  2. Type a natural language question (e.g. "Why is attendance low in Grade 8?").
  3. The analyst reads institutional data and returns a concise summary.
